Hello! I had a spiritual experience years ago on my birthday where I had a vision from God. A few days later, I nearly died and went to Heaven. I remember it like it was yesterday, and it was the most beautiful experience of my life! I've had some difficulty processing my experience with my life here on Earth after, but I hope to share here or connect more with others who know what it's like on the other side

I am a retired psychologist who has an interest in what happens after we pass on. I have never actually had an NDE myself, but I have read or listened to hundreds of them. I am a Christian, but I recognize that NDEs are not exclusive to Christians, nor do they all make sense in a Christian framework. I hope to some day understand what happens when we pass on better.

Oh, nice to meet you! I am not a psychologist, but I've been studying psychology independently for about 10 plus years independently. My original focus in college was anthropology, but I switched to psychology. The more I studied, the more it seemed everything in psychology was pointing to an underlying framework of love written throughout the universe. I was like, "Oh, love is the answer to life, the universe, and everything." Then, I had the vision and the NDE!

What I've learned about psychology is this: the human mind and spirit are far too complex for us to understand. I can't even understand myself, let alone anyone else. When I finally do meet my creator, I want to ask him "Why?" Why any of it? What was is that I was supposed to do?

You're just supposed to love. I think everything else is secondary

I originally found NDERF back in the 1990's when I began using the internet. I subsequently discovered this Forum in December 2014 after losing my dear Father. I was grieving terribly and my dear friend Giulia and this safe place helped. That said I have had a great variety of spiritual experiences in my life and have posted some of them here
