Did the same spiritual teacher tell you that dark forces are powerful? Or is it your current belief?

Because personally, I don't think there is anything negative to that extent. Rather, it comes from our own minds! We can create darkness and light and we have free will

I learned that dark forces are powerful from personal experience. It didn't take anyone else to tell me that, but I was finally able to understand a lot more about how they operate several years ago after I awakened to the point where I had ample experiential evidence that there actually is an afterlife. But it was a prominent person in my own family who was one of these dark forces, so in that sense I don't mean that it was some type of nonphysical being.

Yes, when I mention dark forces, I am referring to humans who live in darkness and are full of anger and hatred. I believe there are dark forces that aren't incarnated as well, but from experience humans who live in darkness and anger are far more dangerous than other types of them.

That's right! Man has the power to create darkness and light.

In fact, there is no such thing as absolute darkness and the power of evil, only the absence of light!

I don't think we come to Earth to suffer. I think we come to Earth to live good lives, but sometimes we do suffer. God sends us because we get bored and we eventually require the learning and growth experiences that the physical environment offers for our souls that isn't really available in the spiritual realm within the same sense.

Think of it like going to the gym. If you only picked up a one pound weight, it wouldn't make much difference in your overall health, but if you picked up a five pound weight or a ten pound weight, then you might actually grow! This is akin to what the physical environment offers the soul.

I hope you are able to overcome your fears of a punishing God or a God who doesn't love you. I usually ask God and the angels to help me overcome a particular feeling, then that feeling leaves me. Someone who is truly loving has no desire to punish or harm, so with God and the angels, you are completely safe.
